A well established local company is seeking a Business Manager to add to its professional staff. This is a fast passed position with a wide variety of responsibilities. The required skills and scope of duties covers all elements of accounting, marketing and administrative functions including, but not limited to:

Duties:
Overall responsibility for management of office functions and workflow
Oversee the Order Entry process
Ensure contract compliance and review
A/R, A/P, Invoicing, General ledger account analysis and review
Year end closing and information gathering for CPA
Preparing monthly and quarterly tax filings
Marketing; social media, networking events, e-mail communications
Coordination, communication and showroom interface with customers, vendors and other visitors
Coordinating payroll submission
Human Resources
Communicate with the staff for changes in industry specific laws
Supervision of clerical support staff (currently one individual)
Awareness of technology issues and opportunities
SOFTWARE:
Industry-specific integrated software for Orders, A/R, A/P, G/L, Quickbooks for Payroll and job costing.
Windows XP Operating System using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook utilized train and keep staff up-dated to changes in software.
