Technical Support Service Coordinator

Salary: $11.00 Minimum

Local Technical Business is currently seeking Support Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, scheduling and clerical support. Will need to assist customers through phone and computers, as well as assist where needed.
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree in Business, Computer Science or Work Experience Equivalent. Minimum two years experience working in a customer support administrative environment. Must have both excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft software.

Ideal candidate must be able to type 40 wpm, be detail-oriented, a team player, and have a pleasant/professional phone voice.
