Salary: 55K-80K DOE

A local Architecture firm is looking for an easy going, laid back candidate with 10 year experience in the preparation of design and construction documents with the ability to work on multiple projects as well as knowledge of building systems, building codes and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Architectural Degree; license preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word
• Skills in 3D rendering and experience with Photoshop and/or SketchUp (or comparable) are beneficial.
• Must be organized and a self starter
