We use our knowledge and resources to conduct a personal search to find that special person for your specific staffing requirements.

Our extensive interviewing procedures extract important information about each candidate.  We use this as criteria in selecting individuals for an employment opportunity.

Skill evaluation is part of the candidate screening process.  We are happy to administer any other tests you provide.

We perform reference checking with supervisors and/or peers of each candidate.

Precise and careful attention to your requirements throughout the entire selection process is our commitment to you.


If we don't have the right candidate that meets your requirements, we won't send you anyone.  We promise never to waste your time.
 

No-Risk Guarentee

Here’s how our “No-Risk Guarantee” works.  If for any reason the candidate you have selected from our group of prospects does not work out to your satisfaction, Aspen Personnel Service, Inc. will credit your account accordingly:

 
If within the first 30 Days you wish to replace the candidate you have hired, a credit will be applied toward the replacement for that position or for any other position in your organization.

100% of the total fee paid*

If within 60 Days:
2/3 of total fee paid*

 If within 90 Days: 
1/3
of total fee paid*

 
Aspen Personnel Service realizes that life happens and sometimes unforeseen situations arise.  With this in mind, a 30% credit is offered if within 9 months the candidate needs to leave due to death in the immediate family or severe illness with the candidate or the immediate family.
